All EAST schools should have received a free school license of ArcGIS 9.0, the latest suite of GIS tools from ESRI. Not only have map making and geospatial analysis been improved and made easier, ArcGIS 9 also comes with a great new 3-D visualization tool.

ArcGlobe lets you zoom and fly from a model of the entire globe all the way down to your local town or building. Here are some demo videos that you can view to see what's possible:
